Chalet Lac De Vonnes

Chalet Lac de Vonnes in Chatel, has beautiful and traditional features along with such luxuries as a Hot Tub. The chalet is located centrally in the village, and easy to walk to all bars and restaurants in the center.

The chalet has Wi-Fi throughout and Sky TV. The food served each evening is plentiful and delicious, also served with quality wines and beer. It is opposite the beautiful Lake at the top of Chatel and has easy access to the all the Bike routes and easy to get to Pre Le Joux or other Bike Parks close by…..these less populated places we will tell you about when you arrive!

The chalet has 4 spacious bedrooms and accommodates 8 people comfortably. Chalet Lac de Vonnes has amazing views of the mountains through the floor to ceiling windows in the lounge. This is a unique chalet, lots of charm and character in a fantastic location which will have you coming back year after year.

The top floor has two very spacious bedrooms, a twin and double with capacity for an extra single bed or cot. These rooms share one full size bathroom with a separate bath and shower as well as a sink and WC. The floor below has a two further bedrooms, a newly renovated twin and double/triple exposing the beams, both with their own private bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with fluffy towels, dressing gowns and hair dryers. All beds can be separated to make 8 single beds.

The basement area and outdoor decking act as an excellent place for building your bikes and safe storage! We make provision for your kit if it gets wet to get cleaned and dried, ready for the next day. The chalet has Sky TV, Bluetooth stereos and Wi-Fi.

The outdoor Jacuzzi Hot Tub will ensure you are able to unwind at the end of a great day’s cycling, climbing or whichever activity you choose.

We’re extremely proud of our fantastic Alpine Breaks service and we’re certain you’ll enjoy the excellent cuisine, with specially chosen bottled wines, that our team provide throughout your stay at Chalet Lac de Vonnes.

You’ll have a hearty breakfast each morning to set you up for your day. In the afternoon, on your return, freshly-baked cakes await you along with tea, coffee and a well-stocked honesty bar & drinks fridge.

Each evening, dinner will be prepared by our highly experienced team who lovingly present excellent delicious, home-made gourmet food.

Canapes and drinks are served around the fire before you sit down in the spacious dining area for your meal. This is served with specially chosen, complimentary quality bottled wine – which we like to be very generous with!
